SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) – A power outage is affecting 3,400 people in Snyderville and Summit Co., according to Rocky Mountain Power.
The cause of the power outage is reportedly due to the loss of a substation.
Officials say the estimated time of restoration is 7 p.m.
