Red Cross responds after Lehi house fire

LEHI, Utah (ABC4 Utah) A Lehi family is without a home Thursday evening after a two-alarm house fire.
 
Fire crews say the fire started in the basement of the house at 2712 North 600 East and quickly spread up the back of the home and into the attic. 
 
The family made it out safe, but fire crews believe a pet bird died in the fire. 
 
The Utah Red Cross Disaster Action Team responded to the incident to provide help as needed.
