IRON COUNTY (News4Utah) – The Iron County Attorney’s Office released its findings related to an officer-involved shooting that happened in Parowan in June.

Iron County Attorney Scott Garrett determined that Enoch Police Corporal Jeremy Dunn’s use of force was not legally justified when he shot car burglary suspect Ivonne Casimiro twice in the right leg.

Newly-released body camera footage shows Casimiro was armed with a screwdriver and not complying with Corporal Dunn’s commands, but she did not charge at him.

Corporal Dunn will not face any criminal charges related to this incident.
