WEBER COUNTY, Utah (ABC4 News) – A Weber County man has been charged for sexually abusing a 10-year-old boy he was mentoring in 2004.
Based on charging documents filed in March the victim reported in January 2017 to the Weber County Sheriff’s Office that Bart Fife, 56, had sexually abused him when he was about 10-years-old.
