OGDEN, Utah (News4Utah) – An Ogden man has been arrested after a woman said he raped her after threatening to harm her and her baby.
Police arrested Jeffrey Alik, 31, into jail on Feb 24 after admitting to police that he forced the woman to have sex with him after he entered the woman’s residence while she was home with her baby.
According to charging documents, Alik told police he kept telling her sorry and she kept telling him she was married. He also told police that he grabbed her and she kept saying no and attempted to push him off of her.
The victim told police that Alik threatened harm to her and her baby if she moved.
Alik was located at his home in Ogden and was taken into custody. He was booked into the Weber County Jail on felony rape charges. His bail is set at $25,000.
