Police looking for suspect who pulled clerk over the counter during robbery

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC4 News) – Police are looking for a man suspected of robbing a Pep Boys in Salt Lake City. 

Officials say a man entered the store at 700 East and 2180 South and demanded money while he physically pulled the clerk over the register. 

The male is described as a 5’6″ tall man in his 20’s, wearing a grey coat, black gloves and blue jeans. He was also covering his face with a dirty cloth according to officials. 

The suspect fled on foot from the store with an undisclosed amount of money.
