Police looking for man who exposed himself to two girls

BOUNTIFUL, Utah (News4Utah) – Bountiful Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a person suspected of lewdness involving a child.

Police said on June 20 around 5 p.m., two 9-year-old girls were at the playground at Oak Hills Elementary School (1235 East 600 South). 

Police said they were approached by a man who exposed himself to them.

The girls told police when they first noticed the suspect he was walking towards them with his shorts down to his ankles. The girls attempted to hide from the suspect in a small stand of trees.

Police said the man followed them around the perimeter of the trees blocking their immediate exit.

The suspect did not touch the girls leaving the area.

The suspect is described as an older white man with short white hair and a scruffy white beard. He was described as wearing black shorts, black shoes, and no shirt.
