Police arrest man in Cottonwood Heights lewdness case

COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, Utah (News4Utah) Police arrested a man in connection with a lewdness case.

Police confirmed Douglas Conner Neve, 22, was booked into the Salt Lake County jail Monday.

Neve is accused of following a woman in the parking lot of the Pinnacle Highland Apartments and then performing a lewd act in front of her.

The incident was caught on surveillance video. Investigators released it to the media in the days following the incident in the hope that the public could help identify the suspect.
