Pets for Vets, adoption fees waved for military men and women on Memorial Day

MURRAY, Utah (News4utah) – In celebration of Memorial Day weekend the Humane Society of Utah partnered with Animals for Armed Forces Foundation to wave 100% of adoption fees for all military members and their immediate family members.

The Humane Society of Utah adoption center is located at 4242 S 300 West in Murray, will be open on Memorial Day from 10:00am to 5:00pm.

The fee-waived adoption special applies to active duty, reserve and veterans for the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marie Corps, Coast Guard and National Guard. Bring a photo ID and military ID to receive the special offer.

Last year 56 pets found new homes with Utah’s active and retired military men and women.
