PROVO, Utah (ABC4) – Crews have retrieved the person who fell into a construction site, Monday afternoon.

On March 1, the Provo Fire Department and rescue team managed to save a person who initially fell into a construction site around 12:15 p.m.

Provo Fire and Rescue posted video of the rescue to their Facebook page

According to crew members, immediately after the person was rescued, they were transported to an area hospital for further examination.

Officials say the incident was professional and was well coordinated.

It remains unknown what caused the fall and what condition the person is.

ORIGINAL STORY: Person falls into Provo construction site, crews rush to scene

PROVO, Utah (ABC4) – Crews are currently on scene of a construction site, where it is believed a person has fallen in late Monday morning.

On March 1, the Provo Fire Department says its rescue team is attempting to retrieve a person who has fallen deep into a construction site. It is unknown how the person has fallen.

“Provo Fire & Rescue crews are on scene of a fall at a construction site,” they inform.

According to officials, the patient is stable, and the crews are setting up a raising system to bring them out.

The scene remains under investigation.
