Ogden police investigate shooting

OGDEN, Utah (ABC4 Utah) – Police are investigating after a 28-year-old man was shot in Ogden. 
 
It happened just before 6 p.m. Wednesday. 
 
Officers responded to the 2400 block of F Avenue on reports of shots fired to find the victim with a gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. 
 

Police say both individuals involved are acquaintances and were talking outside of their vehicles off the roadway. As the victim got back in his car, an individual from the other car fired a number of shots into the victim’s car, striking the victim. 
 
The suspect vehicle drove away westbound on 24th Street. The suspect(s) have not been located at this time.
