A new license plate is available to Utah drivers.

It’s the “First to vote” plate. The license plate recognizes the Women’s Suffrage Movement.

“First to vote” references a moment in Utah History, on February 14, 1870.

Although Wyoming’s legislature had granted a women’s right to vote a month before Utah.

Utah was the first place to hold an election in which women actually cast ballots

The plate is now available from the Utah DMV. All you need is your current license plate number and the last four digits of your VIN and you can have the special plated mailed to you for only $20.

This plate is the 64th custom plate in Utah available to vehicle owners.
