Nearly 600 pets looking for new homes

Local News

Nearly 600 pets are looking for new homes right now.

This weekend Best Friends will host their No Kill Utah Super Adoption.

Adoption fees start at $25, but each animal will be spayed, neutered, vaccinated and most are microchipped.

There will be an estimated 600 animals available for adoption from all over the state–an amazing assortment of dogs, cats, puppies and kittens of every breed, mix, age, color and size.

The goal is to save at least 70 percent of the animals through adoption and rescue.

All pets will be from 19 of the No Kill Utah Coalition partners.

You can meet the pets Friday and Saturday at the Utah State Fairpark.

The event ends Friday night at 7 and will start against Saturday morning at 10 and will end at 5 p.m.
