SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (News4utah) – National Ability Center holds 10th annual barn party Saturday night in Park City.
The barn party is the NAC’s way to help raise money for their equestrian programs for people with cognitive, behavioral or physical disabilities. Attendees celebrated the NAC’s staff, volunteers and the success of some of the participants.
“Families kids of all ages, their parents enjoying themselves, relaxing. I find when people come here with their kids, it’s really a place for them to be able to let go,” said Tanya Boland, Senior Director of Communication and Engagement. “They face challenges every single day and it’s really great to see them having a wonderful time.”
ABC4’s very own Surae Chinn emceed the nights events which featured barbeque, live music, fun kids activities and auctions to make sure NAC participants get back in the saddle again.
