MURRAY, Utah (ABC4 news) – Police are looking for suspects who fired multiple shots outside a home in Murray early Saturday morning.

Lt. Tom Martin, Murray City Police, said they were called to a report of shots fired at about 1:30 a.m. near 500 West Vine Street.

Officers arrived to find there had been an argument of some kind outside the home, where a large gathering was taking place. During the argument, someone pulled out a gun and fired at least ten rounds into the air.

“We believe it was into the air as nothing appeared to have been hit by the bullets,” said Martin. “We did, however, find several shell casings.”

Martin said no one was injured in the shooting.

Police are still investigating the incident and trying to interview witnesses, who Martin said are not being fully cooperative.

So far, the suspects have not been identified.
