LEHI, Utah (News4Utah) -A mom and her three children were hospitalized Friday evening after a crash in Lehi.
It happened around 5:30 p.m. near 1700 West Pioneer Crossing.
Lehi police said a minivan occupied by a woman and her three children was rear-ended by a woman driving a truck.
Police believe the light had turned green and the minivan was moving forward when it was hit.
A 7-year-old was flown to Primary Children’s Hospital. A 2-year-old, a 5-year-old and the mother were taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital.
The 5-year-old was later flown to Primary Children’s for further treatment.
The extent of the injuries to the mother and her children are not known at this time.
The woman who was driving the truck was taken in for questioning. Police said they do not believe she was impaired or distracted at the time of the crash. The crash remains under investigation.
