Man convicted of killing Utah deputy gets life sentence, plus 80 years

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC4 Utah)- The man found guilty of shooting and killing a Millard County Deputy will spend the rest of his life in prison.

In 2010 Deputy Josie Fox was killed with an AK 47. She was found dead in a pool of blood.

State charges against Roberto Roman were dropped, but he was later found guilty on Federal Charges.

Thursday, a judge sentenced Roman to life for the murder plus 80 years for other crimes.
