Man beaten in his Magna apartment, police looking for suspects

MAGNA, Utah (ABC4 News)- Police in Magna are looking for two men accused of a violent home invasion robbery at an apartment complex in Magna.

Officials say the incident happened around 11:30 a.m. Monday at the Oquirrh Hills Apartments located at 8450 West 2700 South.

The victim, a 19-year-old, was pistol-whipped and beaten by the suspects, officials with the Unified Police Dept. said. At least one shot was fired during the incident.

Investigators say they are looking for two Hispanic or Polynesian males in their 20’s.

Police did not release what was taken from the apartment or if the victim was targeted.
