DAVIS COUNTY, Utah (News4Utah) A man is in custody and accused of raping a 16-year-old boy he met online.

Police say Bradley Jordan Slater, 27, met the victim on the app Grindr last summer.

Police say Slater bought the victim gifts and forced him to have sex as payment. Several months later, Slater contacted the victim again asking if he wanted to meet up.

The victim asked the suspect for a photo which helped police identify and arrest him.

Slater faces three counts of forcible sodomy and one count of object rape.
