SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4 News) — The Utah Avalanche Center says the Little Cottonwood Canyon backcountry will close Monday night from 10 p.m., through at least 8 a.m. on Tuesday.
The Utah Avalanche Center says the danger level is “considerable” on upper elevation slopes.
The center warns the level could spike to “high” when the periods of heavy snowfall or increased winds begin Monday through Wednesday.
