KEARNS, Utah (ABC4 News) – Out with the old and in with the new. Kearns Library is preparing to close the doors of their current location as a new one is being built.
The branch will be selling former fixtures, furniture, appliances and small office equipment. The sale is first come, first serve.
Items include file cabinets, bookends, a refrigerator, bulletin boards, clocks, conference tables and chairs, diner stools, mirrors, glass displays, interactive children’s desk games, kids’ furniture, a arm chairs and more.
The new library will take almost 14 months to complete. While the Kearns Library branch is closed patrons are encouraged to visit the Hunter and Taylorsville Libraries.
