IUP Panel on modifying initiatives and Rep Bishop clashing with Patagonia

Salt Lake City, Utah- (ABC4 News) – The legislature has now made significant changes to two of the three ballot initiatives approved by voters.

Did lawmakers make the right move? What does it mean for the process overall? This week, State Auditor John Dougall and Salt Lake City Councilman Charlie Luke debate those questions.

They also weigh in on Representative Rob Bishop’s criticism of outdoor company, Patagonia during a hearing earlier in the week.
