Did you know young people are getting involved with the American Red Cross all across the country and right here in Utah?

Sylviane Bahati is a high school senior and a Red Cross board member representing its Youth Services Program.

The Red Cross says youth services is a very important part of its volunteer engagement.

There are active Red Cross clubs in high schools and on college campuses across the country and through the state of Utah.

Youth volunteers head up one of the organization’s annual campaigns by raising money to fight measles and Rubella in third world countries.

Anyone ages 14-18 can be a part of the Utah Region Youth Services Groups. Click here for more information or to fill out an application.
