How police are working to reduce crime in Ogden City

OGDEN (ABC4 News) – ABC4 News cruised into Ogden’s Union Station for a visit Monday for the second stop on our Pop Up Studio Tour.

Ogden City Chief of Police Randy Watt was named the 2019 Police Chief of the Year. He sat down with ABC4 Don Hudson and Emily Florez to talk about some of the city’s challenges.

He explains why his department made the switch to “intelligence-led” policing, and how it led to a reduction in crime.
