President Trump on Friday announced to the world that a deal is in place to put an end to the government shutdown. The deal is expected to last three weeks, but it doesn’t have any funding to a southern border wall.
Dr. Morgan Lyon Cotti from the Hinckley Institute of Politics at the University of Utah said there was major delays at airports throughout the country and that hurt the country.
“Congressional democrats and the president were really feeling the heat,” said Dr. Cotti.
