Valentine’s Day is just under a week away, so it’s time to start planning that special night. To celebrate, Chef Lesli Sommerdorf from Harmons, joined Emily Clark to share a recipe that will make your night perfect: Chocolate Cheesecake Fondue.
Chocolate Cheesecake Fondue
2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp coffee liqueur, such as Kahlua
2.5 oz unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 cup sugar
Graham crackers, marshmallows, dried cherries, strawberries and angel food cake, for serving.
In a fondue pot over medium heat, add the cream cheese. When the cream cheese is partially
melted, add the coffee liqueur and stir to combine. Add the chocolate and sugar and stir until
the chocolate is completely melted.
Serve with graham crackers, marshmallows, dried cherries, strawberries, and pieces of angel
