SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4 News) – The local nonprofit Utah Law Enforcement Memorial held a memorial service for fallen officers on the west lawn of the State Capitol Thursday where the officer memorial stands.
The group joins friends and family of fallen officer David Romrell, Master Office Joseph Shinners and Assistant Chief Dannis B. Vincent
