SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (News4Utah) While passion and energy for high school sports around the state is at an all-time high, one essential group is not. We’re talking about game officials. Jon Oglesby and Jeff Cluff, both assistant directors of the UHSAA, joined Emily Clark with information on how it’s affecting the kids, and how they hope to solve the problem.
