OGDEN, Utah (ABC4 News) – Four people were displaced due to a house fire Monday morning.

Ogden fire crews responded to a structure fire in the 600 block of Chester Street at 11 a.m. When firefighters arrived, they saw heavy smoke coming from a vehicle that was parked in an attached carport.

Fire officials said the fire spread from the vehicle to the carport and then to the adjacent home.

Everyone inside the house made it out safely before the fire department arrived.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, but officials estimate it caused about $60,000 in damage.
