SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC4 News) – A vacant auto shop in Salt Lake City has caught fire for the second time in two months, fire officials say.
Salt Lake City Fire Chief Archuleta says this is the second fire at the auto shop located at 945 South 300 West. The cause of the fire is still under investigation but officials say they believe it might be related to squatters who frequent the vacant shop.
The fire was called in when people at the Big O tires across the street saw smoke coming from the shop.
This is a developing story. Information will be updated as it becomes available.
