FBI offers $10,000 to catch ‘Joker’

SALT LAKE CITY (News4Utah)- The Federal Bureau of Investigation is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a man they say was involved in a drug-trafficking organization.

They say Noel Romero Herrera, also called “Joker”, has previously lived in the Salt Lake City area.

He is wanted for his alleged involvement in a drug-trafficking operation based in Montana from 2007 to 2010. A federal arrest warrant was issued for his arrest in 2011 after he was federally charged with conspiracy to posses cocaine with intent to distribute, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and distribution of cocaine, and aiding and abetting.

Officials say he should be considered armed and dangerous.

Herrera has tattoos on his head, back, chest, left arm, neck, and right arm. He also skin discoloration on his neck.
