FBI offering reward for arrest of alleged drug trafficker

The FBI is offering a reward for the arrest of a man wanted in connection with drug trafficking in Utah and Montana.

They say Jason Mehl was allegedly involved in heroin trafficking between January and December 2016 in Montana and Utah. In Sept. 2017 a warrant was issued for his arrest after he was charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute heroin, and forfeiture.

Mehl is in his early 40s and lived in Utah for sometime. They say he has family in Salt Lake County and is known to frequent the state.

The FBI is offering up to $2,500 for information leading to his arrest and conviction.
