DRAPER (News4Utah)- Draper City Park is the place to be this weekend.
The city is celebrating Draper Days with free concerts, activities in the park, races, and fireworks!
Activities in the park
Friday and Saturday head to the park for a petting zoo, BBQ cook-off, pie eating contest and other activities. The fun starts is 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday.
Spend the evening under the stars and the big Willow tree listening to some great tunes. The show starts at 7 both nights. Stick around Saturday night for a firework spectacular at 10 p.m.
Don’t forget the big parade Saturday morning. The parade starts at 9 a.m. and will last about two hours.
Floats start at the corner of Stokes Avenue and Fort Street and will travel north on Fort Street and end at the intersection of Fort Street and Pioneer. News4Utah will be in the parade. Make sure to tell us hi!
Draper City Park is located at 1300 East and 12500 South. Officials with Draper Days say parking can be a pain. The graphic below has some great tips to getting around.
