SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) – A Florida boy warmed the tummies and hearts of hundreds of Utah police officers, Monday, during his unconventional road trip across the country.

Tyler Carach is celebrating his 10th birthday by spending 10 days delivering donuts to law enforcement across 10 states.  It is his latest trip of many, as part of a long-term goal to thank every public servant in America.

Over the last 14 months, the so-called “Donut Boy” has visited 24 states and given out about 35,000 baked goods, with the help of his mom, Dunkin’ Donuts, and some local donut shops.

Watch the news clip above to learn more about Tyler’s mission and how it all started.
