MURRAY, Utah (ABC4 Utah) – There were all kinds of characters on hand Tuesday night to help boost donations for Toys for Tots. It all went down at the Walmart in Murray.

People showed up, bought a gift to donate and visited with the U.S. Marines and superheroes. They also got plenty of pizza from Papa Murphy’s! Longtime supporter of Toys for Tots Tim Dahle was also on hand for the event.

“We try to promote that with our employees, we try to do other things beside s this but this is our big event, and we feel like when we’re serving others makes us all better people,” said Dahle.

There’s a little extra perk if you help give to Toys for Tots this year. In exchange for bringing in a toy, Papa Murphy’s will give you $30 worth of coupons.
