The confrontation between Pack and Jose Caballero sparked outrage from the community. Pack, an employee of Weber County at the time of the incident, was fired from his job.

Investigators spoke with multiple witnesses and gathered statements from the people who were there.

Deputies said Tuesday they identified five adults present during the incident who were referred to the Cache County Attorney’s Office for criminal charges.

At this time, it’s not clear what the charges are or if the county attorney will follow through with these charges.

This is a developing story. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
