SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4 News) – The Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control is collecting customer feedback.

They don’t have money to fix everything including one thing the customers really want: cold beer at the liquor store.

“We’re going to be working on the areas we can improve. In some, it will be difficult because we need more money from the legislature to do certain things. such as beer coolers. we’d like to, but it’s costly,” said Terry Wood, Director of Communications for DABC.

Other changes customers want to see, according to the DABC survey are better product selection, better customer services, more stores, and shorter lines.

As far as the cold beer is considered, it’s something the DABC said it’ll have to look into.
