Crews work to cleanup 500 gallons of nitric acid

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC4 Utah)- Crews with Salt Lake City Fire Department worked to cleanup about 500 gallons of nitric acid Thursday morning.

It happened at 650 West and 800 South around 10:30 a.m.

Officials asked the public to avoid the area anywhere east of 700 West.
