WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (ABC4 News) – Firefighters from multiple agencies responded to an early morning building fire in West Valley City.

Crews say the fire broke out just after 2:30 a.m. Monday in the area of 3100 South at 2400 West.

The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) says this fire is impacting the roadway and as a result, the Eastbound and Westbound lanes in the area are closed. UDOT says travelers will need to use alternate routes and avoid the area.
