RICHFIELD CITY, Utah (ABC4 News) – If you’ve visited the Maverik gas station in Richfield recently, police say you need to keep a close eye on your bank accounts.

The police department says it’s currently investigating a card skimmer that was placed at the gas station. In a Facebook post, the department says they think they discovered the skimmer before any information was stolen.

Pictures of the suspects were captured from surveillance video. Authorities believe the suspects are of Eastern European descent and from out of the area. If you see them, contact the police department at (435) 896-8484.

Also, as a way to protect yourself, it’s recommended you check your card statements for any unusual activity. If you don’t recognize a charge you should report it to your bank.
