Child hit by car in Willard

WILLARD, Utah (ABC4 Utah) Emergency crews responded to an auto-pedestrian crash involving a child near 100 West 100 South Thursday evening. 

Box Elder County Dispatch received the call just after 5 p.m. 

Willard City police say a 5-year-old child was sitting on a skateboard in a driveway. 

Police say a car, whose driver did not see the child, pulled forward and ran over the child. 

The child was taken to Brigham City Hospital and then flown to Primary Children’s Hospital for further treatment.
