Local News

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4 News) – It’s the holiday season and local organization Christmas in Color put on a special show Thursday night for people served through Camp Kostopulos.

The Christmas-themed music and light show was all about letting people know that Christmas is for people of all abilities.

Camp K provides summer camps, community-based programs and recreational and educational opportunities for people of all abilities. Thursday night Camp K participants got to check out the flashing lights free of charge.

“It’s a way for families to make magical holiday memories without ever leaving the comfort of their car, and we are so grateful to offer this experience to the families served through Camp K,” said Todd Glover, CEO of Christmas in Color.

If you would like to check out the lights, they’re open in South Jordan and Provo Monday through Saturday.  Christmas in Color is donating a portion of the proceeds from all tickets sales to Camp K.
