SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (News4Utah) – Republican delegates held a special election to fill an empty seat on the Utah State Senate Tuesday.
Dr. Brian Zehnder was selected to represent District 8.

Zehnder will fill the Senate seat vacated by Brian Shiozawa. He was tapped for a position with the Department of Health and Human Services in December 2017.
