UPDATE 5:25 p.m.: The Utah County Sheriff’s Office reports hikers found the body of a woman likely in her 20s around 10 a.m. in the mountains above Pleasant Grove. Officials say they believe the woman lived in Utah County.
The cause of her death is currently under investigation.
PLEASANT GROVE, Utah (ABC4) – The Utah County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed a body has been found in the water at Battle Creek Falls, in Pleasant Grove.
The Utah County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue team responded to the area located on the west skirt of Mt. Timpanogos this morning.
