SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC4 News) – University of Utah basketball coach Larry Krystkowiak and his staff put on dozens of clinics, but none quite like the one they conducted on Saturday.
This one was for special needs kids and adults, of all ages and abilities.
An organization called “Hoop Camp” teamed up with the Utes coaches and players for a three-hour clinic at the Huntsman Basketball Facility.
In addition to instruction, drills and games, every participant got a shirt, gift bag and a chance for pictures and autographs.
If you missed this event, there is another one scheduled on June 8 in Draper. If you would like to register, go to www.hoop.camp.
