A Whole New World – Camp K’s Performance of ‘Aladdin’

Local News

SALT LAKE CITY (News4Utah)- Thursday night members of the community took a trip to Agrabah with Camp Kostopulos’s adaptation of Aladdin.

Camp K has been around for about 50 years and is located in Emigration Canyon. Their mission is to provide opportunities and experiences–like this play–for children and adults of all abilities.

The staff and close to twenty campers worked together to bring the audience to “A Whole New World” with the production. It was all apart of their drama program available through their Specialty Programs.

For 20 years staff members have used the drama program as an opportunity for campers to build skills and develop opportunities for self-expression, acting, dance, music and the arts.
