Local News

OGDEN, Utah (ABC4 News) – Danielle Collier with Ogden Downtown Alliance and Sarah Sing with Weber State joined ABC4 News’ Nicea Degering to talk about the upcoming 150th Anniversary of the Heritage Festival.

Event organizers say they are in need of over 1,000 volunteers to celebrate the driving of the Golden Spike, the last pike to complete the Transcontinental Railroad.

The celebration kicks off on May 9th from 10 am to 9 pm and visitors are being encouraged to use Frontrunner or free parking and shuttle services running throughout the city.
