6 displaced after fire in Ogden

OGDEN, Utah (News4Utah) – About 20 firefighters responded to a house fire in Ogden Monday evening.

The crew was dispatched to 459 Cross Street around 8:15 p.m.

When firefighters arrived, they found heavy smoke and flames coming from the attic in the back of the home.

Ogden fire officials say all occupants were able to safely get out of the house before the fire department arrived. Crews quickly extinguished the fire.

The initial damage is estimated at $80,000. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.

No injuries were reported.
