2 women found dead in murder-suicide identified

TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (ABC4 Utah)- Two women are dead in an apparent murder-suicide in Taylorsville.

A call came into Unified Police around 6:35 Thursday after gunshots were heard behind a home on Hard Rock Drive.

When police arrived, they found two women deceased. They say two cars belonging to the women were butted up against each other.

The victim,47-year-old Richelle Horsley, was inside one of the cars and had been shot multiple times. They say the suspect, 49-year-old Fransiska Dastrup, had walked away a hundred yards and apparently shot herself.

Problems in the past

Police told ABC4 they had a domestic call at this location involving the two women just yesterday (Wednesday). 

According to police, Horsley was in the process of filing a stalking injunction against her girlfriend [Fransiska Dastrup] who police say killed her, then herself.
