WASHINGTON CITY, Utah (ABC4 News) – A 19-year-old man is facing charges for negligent homicide and distribution of heroin after a woman he sold drugs to overdosed and died, according to police.
The victim was found dead in her apartment on January 7 with drug paraphernalia and heroin residue around her.
The Washington City Police arrested and booked Gadge Christensen into custody after a warrant was issued and information led them to his home.
Christensen admitted during an interview with officials that he arranged and sold the heroin the victim used the night she overdosed.
Christensen also admitted that he knew heroin was deadly and had been killing people. He also added that he had a friend had overdosed years prior on heroin.
